Welcoming the future

Our clients, David and Fiona Bush, own a third-generation farm in North Canterbury. Four properties on the farm were badly damaged in the Kaikōura earthquake, including an intergenerational homestead which the Bush's chose to demolish and rebuild.

Their aim was to create a beautiful, modern home where people would feel warm and welcome. We listened closely to the Bush family’s needs to ensure that the finished home would meet their requirements and become a treasured family home. We take immense pride in being awarded a gold medal in the Registered Master Builders House of the Year for this home in the $1 - $1.5 million category, and even greater pride in being able to create a home that David and Fiona love living in.

The Coughlan Homes team was fantastic. They have really high standards, genuinely understood what we were trying to achieve and made everything easy for us. We're delighted with our new home, and it's a treat to come back to each day.
